Les Gets - Video on the preparation of the slopes - SAGETS
This video shows the work that goes into the preparation and management of the slopes and ski lifts in Les Gets. This video is fascinating. Obviously, all the people who run the tracks are highly qualified, and they do a great job.
The end result is that the quality of the pistes is very good in Les Gets, the queues at the lifts are relatively short and the region is relatively safe. I fly quite often from Geneva to London on Monday mornings and I often speak to people who are returning from holidays.
People who go to high stations often complain about the wind, the bad weather and the time spent in the queues in higher resorts. This is often not the case in Les Gets.
