This very spacious apartment, known as La Renardiere, is a newly built duplex located in the Boule de Neige residence within La Turche area. It boasts stunning views and is conveniently located adjacent to the Philippe Sport shop. The property features two levels, offering ample space and comfort for up to 11 guests. Notably, there is a large hot tub on one of the two generous terraces.

Living/Dining/Kitchen

As you enter the lower floor, you're welcomed by a spacious entrance area. Moving through the corridor, you'll discover a generously sized living space, seamlessly connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Accessible from here are two terraces offering breathtaking views of the majestic surrounding mountains of Les Gets.

Mezzanine Area

Accessible via stairs near the entrance, the upper floor features a charming mezzanine game area, perfect for leisure activities. Be careful, the upper floor is quite low, mind your head when walking around there. 
It will be possible to add a 12th single bed if requested.

Bedrooms

The upper floor hosts two bedrooms, one of which offers a bathtub conveniently placed in front of the bed for added luxury. Another large bedroom features an en suite shower and WC. Additionally, there is a "coin montage"  with a very low ceiling with two single beds, ideal for children, and a small open room with a working desk and a single bed.

A laundry room, located off the main living room, houses a separate washing machine and dryer.

Parking/Ski Storage

For convenience, the apartment includes an underground double parking space as well as an exterior parking space. Additionally, guests have access to a private and secure ski/boot storage cupboard, along with a room for bike storage.

The free bus stop is conveniently situated within 50 meters of the apartment, facilitating easy transportation to the village center.
