La Comlombe - La Delys is a modern, duplex new apartment on the top floor for 12 people maximum, located a short walk to the centre of Les Gets and an even shorter walk to the Les Perrieres lifts. There is a very large balcony of 40m² with wonderful views both over the village and to Les Perrieres and also the Chavannes side. Also on the balcony is comfortable outside seating for 5, a hot tub and a sauna.

The living area is very spacious, again with plentiful comfortable seating and an electrical "wood burning stove", the kitchen is very modern, well equipped and the dining table seats 10 to 12.

The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with zip link beds (which can be configured either as two single beds or one super king size bed in 2 of the bedrooms). Car Park
One parking space is allocated to the apartment in La Delys Residence, with additional parking available adjacent to the building accessed via the main road Route des Grandes Alpes (details on request).
