Crafted with high-grade materials, the chalet boasts superior insulation for optimal temperature and sound control. Its eco-friendly heating system utilizes a heat exchange mechanism complemented by a local-wood-fueled burner.

Outdoors, guests can indulge in a secluded hot tub set in a private garden. Parking is convenient with two exterior spaces. The converted garage serves as a ski and bike storage area, equipped with a boot warmer, ski rack, plus a handy washing machine and dryer.

Upon entry, a bathroom with shower, sink, and WC greets you. The space then unfolds into a generous, open-plan living and dining area, featuring plush seating near a wood-burning stove and TV. The dining table accommodates eight guests comfortably. Adjacent is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with patio doors leading to a fenced, terraced area.

The upper level houses three bedrooms: two with king-size beds, wardrobes, and additional storage, and a third with a double and two single beds, along with ample drawer space, accommodating up to eight guests. This floor also includes a bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.

Amenities include dedicated ADSL Wi-Fi, a TV with UK and French channels, and a DVD player. Ski slope access is convenient either by a short drive or a 10-minute walk to Les Perrieres, with a free shuttle bus available from Perrieres stop and an evening paid shuttle service.
