The Telemark 3 is a 104 m² semi-detached chalet tucked away in the impasse de la Râpe, just a short stroll from the village of Les Gets and its slopes. Designed to flex with your needs, the chalet offers four bedrooms sleeping 2 to 4 guests each, a lovely view over Les Gets , and two terraces — one facing the village, the other the mountains: everything here is made to help you slow down from the moment you walk in the door.

Living room / Kitchen / Dining

Around 40 m² of living space under the beams: a fully equipped kitchen, entirely renovated in 2026, a dining area that seats the whole table, and a cosy sitting room.

The covered terrace off the living room opens onto a clear view over Les Gets. Your morning coffee as the village wakes up, an evening drink watching the lights come on one by one — these are the moments you'll come back for.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Four bedrooms, sleeping up to 10: two cosy cabin bedrooms for two, a large bedroom with a view for two, and a bedroom with its own private shower room that sleeps up to four. Two bathrooms in total: one upstairs, the other next to the four-person bedroom.

Parents, children, friends: everyone gets their own space.

Terraces & outdoor areas

Two outdoor spaces, two moods. On the village side, the covered terrace off the living room catches the light and the view over Les Gets. On the mountain side, a second, more secluded terrace offers a quieter spot, shielded from view; perfect for lazy summer mornings or starry winter evenings.

Location & getting around

Le Telemark 3 sits about 300 metres from the village centre (a 5-minute walk) and 450 metres from the slopes (8 minutes): not too close, not too far; just right for walking to the lifts in the morning. At the end of the day, if the climb back up doesn't appeal, a free shuttle bus stop is less than 100 m away.

Close to everything, yet wonderfully quiet: the balance everyone looks for and few places find.

Parking & storage

Your car sleeps in the private parking spot outdoor. Skis, bikes and suitcases all have a dedicated space, keeping the living areas clutter-free. All you have to do is enjoy the mountains.
