This very spacious apartment was new in early 2022, and located in La Turche area. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, ideal for up to 8 people and on two floors. There is a fireplace in the living room.

There are two large balconies from which you can admire the slopes of Les Perrières.The flat is ski in/out with access to La Turche draglift or to ski down Les Perrières slopes (blue and red). It is also very close to the Philippe Sports shop for ski equipment and rental.

Living/Dining/Kitchen

Located on the top floor, the large living area has comfortable seating for 8 people. the kitchen is very well equipped with a bar and seats and there is seating for 8 around the large dining table. There is a large fireplace.

Bedrooms

3 large bedrooms are located on the lower floor (first floor of the property) and one small cabin is on the upper floor (top floor of the property). The bedrooms are described in detail below.

Washing Facilities

There is a separate washing machine and dryer in the laundry room which has a single bed off the main living room. This also has a separate W/C.

Accessibility

The apartment is accessible with a lift and the living area and kitchen on the upper floor are accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment has an underground car park space, 2 spaces on the outside car park, a private/secure ski/boot storage cupboard and access to a common room for bike storage.
