3 courses dinner with wine pairing.

Starters : parfait egg and it's wild mushrooms salad + Arctic char ceviche, mango and avocado emulsion

Main: roasted low temperature cooked veal, seasonal veggies

Desert : Exotic fruits pavlova

Traditional Menu 

2 courses dinner with wether starter and main course or main course and desert. 


Starter : Shells' pancake and mix of veggies 

Main : Chicken supreme with savoyard tome and mushroom cream 

Desert : Tatin pie, mascarpone cream
