Restaurant La R'Mize - Les Gets - Authentic French food

La R'Mize is owned and run by Emmanuel Michaud and Jessica  - this is  one of the special restaurants in Les Gets, in our view, where the food is particularly good.

The chef has a passion for fresh ingredients from local farmers. From our experience, the vegetable risotto and salad de chevre chaud, whilst being 'standard' dishes in Les Gets, were both outstanding. Additionally, their deserts are amazing.

The ambience of the restaurant is very traditional, and for those who drink, there is a very good selection of wines.

Some of the Chef's specialities include:

• The most amazing salad de chèvre chaud - this is made with Granny Smith apple, fresh walnuts ( they taste 'fresh today') and very light cheese - wonderful.
• Carpaccio of Scallops, creamy risotto Arborio cheese abundance.
• A wonderful vegetarian risotto
• Chocolate mousse cooked like a soufflé with the most incredible ice cream

In the same spirit, a beautiful wine list also showcases producers in the region.
