You’ve just had a huge day up the mountain. You’ve covered more slopes than anyone out there. You’re tired and all you can think about is getting into that jacuzzi/beer/couch. But wait! Who’s cooking dinner. Dining Direct is. 

Dining Direct is a locally run catering company created by professional chef Damian McArthur in 2010. He created Dining Direct after recognising a need for a quality catering service in the region. Dining Direct offers a fresh and delicious meal-delivery right to your door.

Damian has lived in the area since leaving his homeland of New Zealand in 2001 and his experience comes from his years of high end cooking in New Zealand’s top restaurants. His cooking skills have taken him around the world from private Caribbean islands such as Mustique to elite hunting reserves in America. From the azure waters of southern France to private vineyards in the ancient wine region of Bourgogne.

Now, he is pleased to bring his experience to your door.

Dining Direct’s Feed Me menu is a delivered set menu designed to satisfy even the hungriest of skiers. All ingredients are sourced locally and expertly prepared into sumptuous meals.

For only 20€ per person, you will receive a delicious two-course meal, along with easy to follow reheating instructions. You can choose which evenings you would like to use this service, whether you are after a single night to relax at home or a full week’s worth of meals.

Saturday

Confit de Canard with creamy Tartiflette and a huge fresh salad

Chocolate & raspberry torte with raspberry sorbet

Sunday

Sunday roast: succulent roast pork with apple sauce and gravy. Served with roasted potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts and peas

Hot apple & blueberry pie with thick rich custard

Monday

Tender and aromatic lamb & spinach Korma curry. 

Served with lemon & coriander Basmati rice & turmeric-buttered cauliflower

Cointreau Brioche & Butter pudding with orange & vanilla ice cream

Tuesday

Hearty chicken, leek & thyme pie. 

Served with buttery mash potato, carrots and beans

Sticky toffee pudding (oh man!) with vanilla crème fraîche

Wednesday

Probably the greatest beef, pumpkin & spinach Lasagne al Forno you’ll ever eat. Probably.
Served with sundried tomato & garlic bread and a huge fresh salad with walnut dressing

Baked lemon tart with vanilla ice cream & creme anglaise

Thursday

Hearty beef, bacon & mushroom bourguignon. Served with baked potatoes, almond-butter broccoli and honeyed carrots

Apple & rhubarb crumble with rhubarb & vanilla ice cream

Friday

A taste of Morocco: Rich, intense lamb, sweet potato & chickpea Tagine. 
Served with fragrant mint & sultana couscous, grilled courgettes and tomatoes

Warm apple & walnut tart with cinnamon ice cream
