Les Gets - Fresh powder, sunshine and uncrowded pistes

The sun is shining on the Reine Des Pres blue run in the Les Gets bowl from where there are stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

All the pictures in this blog were taken this morning on the Les Gets Pistes.

Amazing fresh powder between all the main runs. Two skiers stop to take photos to send to their friends before heading off through the powder next to the Eglantine red run in the Les Gets Bowl.

An instructor grabs a moment to enjoy the new snow on the manicured pistes whilst other skiers play in the off-piste powder on the edge of the Rhodos red run that lies between the Les Gets Bowl and the Chavannes ski area.

A snowboarder enjoys the fresh powder beside the Yeti black run, which is a safe playground in these fabulous conditions to practice some off piste techniques.

Plenty of snow for all and more to come. Views across to Mont Chery on the west side of Les Gets, which is another fantastic ski area - a real gem.

A snowboarder enjoys the soft snow on the piste - no ice in sight!

There are slopes for all grades of skier and boarder. This blue run is called Campanule and is perfect for intermediates to practice their carving turns.

Uncrowded pistes at les Chavannes and across the whole of Les Gets and the Porte du Soleil – Great conditions for all to learn and gain confidence.
