Chalet Louis

Chalet Louis is an outstanding, modern 5 bedroom luxury chalet in Les Gets with amazing views, set on 4 levels. It has a very large living area, with a contemporary kitchen and an outside hot tub. Located on the popular Route de Chavannes Road with around a 5-minute walk to the Les Folliets lift, which links you to the Morzine Pleny area, or ski down into Les Gets village.

Getting to and from the village and ski slopes

There is a ski in / ski out route 50 meters away from the chalet. During the day there is a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes during Christmas, New Year and February, and every 30 minutes the rest of the season. The bus stop is just a minute away on foot.

Living Areas

The main living area has comfortable seating for 10 people, with double-height windows and views over the village, to Mont Chery and Marcelly.  The central fireplace has glass on all sides, and there is a fun bubble swing chair in the corner.

There is also a second living area/TV room – ideal for children on the mezzanine area upstairs with Blueray DVD player, TV and an xBox 360 with controls for 4 players.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is a chef’s dream with American style fridge/freezer, large oven and hob, state of the art retractable kitchen extractor fan, and a Magimix coffee pod machine.

The dining table comfortably seats 10 people.

Hot Tub

On the ground floor, there is a hot tub, one of the features of the chalet is a Champagne basket which can be lowered from the balcony just outside the kitchen to the hot tub! There is also a decking area with a table and seating to enjoy the views on warmer days.

Bootroom

Large boot room on entry level with plenty of storage for skis and snow-boards. There are also boot warmers/dryers.

Utility

There is a utility room on the lower ground floor with washing machine and dryer.

Parking

There is a carport suitable for up to 2 vehicles.
