Basic Chalet/Apartment Equipment
Each Chalet or Apartment is fully furnished and is equipped with:
- Crockery
- Cooking Utensils
- Pots and Pans
- Cutlery
- Glasses
- Duvets and Pillows
- Coffee machine
- Dish cloth, washing up sponge, cleaning cloth
- Sky/Astra Television and DVD Player (please appreciate that television reception can be variable in the Alps, but we do have a large DVD collection).
- Kitchen Appliances - oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine.
Consumables
We provide an initial supply of the following consumables - these are there on your arrival:- Tea

- UHT Milk
- Beer
- Washing Up Liquid
- Soap
- Cream Cleaner
- Toilet Cleaner
- Dishwasher tablets and rinse aid
Greeting on your arrival, explanation of your facilities
When you arrive, we will greet you in your chalet or apartment, show you around your accommodation to ensure you know where everything is and how all the appliances work and answer any questions to help ensure your holiday is a success.
Help while you are on holiday
We are always available to answer questions and to help at reasonable times (08.00 to 21.00hrs 7 days a week). We have a reception at the main Hastings Chalet and we have a member of staff on duty 24 hours a day, in the summer and ski seasons, in case of any problems.
DVD Library
We have a library of 300+ DVD's which are free for your use, we simply ask that you note down the one you take and you bring it back as soon as you have finished. No hoarding please, as this is inconsiderate to other guests. These are held at the Hastings main Chalet.
Internet Broadband
Many Chalets have their own Wi Fi, for those which do not, we have WiFi in the main Hastings building (in Bayeux we provide a wire connection. We also have a PC for client use in the Hastings reception area.
